Thabo September Foundation and Yenzani Children’s Home
The Thabo September Foundation visited Yenzani Children’s Home in Noordwyk, Midrand on Mandela Day, 18th July and as these images prove, it was smiles all round.
The home is for kids between age 4 & 17 and we spent the afternoon chatting to the children, the Founder Sanne Mirk and social worker Leena Musoro who explained to us how the kids ended up at the home. Full details of the Yenzani Project are available on their website right here.
What was amazing is that most of the kids are siblings. They are all at school or pre-school and they have a full time house dad and mom.
